Space Weather and Nonlinear Waves and Processes Prize

The Space Weather and Nonlinear Waves and Processes Prize is given in odd-numbered years to one honoree, likely in the mid to advanced career range, in recognition of cutting-edge work in the fields of space weather and nonlinear waves and processes.

This prize is jointly presented by the Space Physics and Aeronomy section and Nonlinear Geophysics focus group with the nomination cycle alternating between the two focus areas: space weather and nonlinear waves and processes. In 2015, eligible nominees in the field of nonlinear waves and processes will be considered; and, in 2017, eligible nominees in the field of space weather will be considered.

AWARD INCLUDES:
